Of course you can, but it takes technical know-how and on-going attention. The Website Care Plan ensures that your site works as hard as you do—giving you back time to focus on your zone of genius, knowing that your website is optimized, secure, and up to date. Plus, by leaving it in the hands of a professional, you avoid any missteps that could result in downtime or missed opportunities.

will you guarantee my website won't experience downtime or get hacked with a care plan?

No one can promise this —— however, having a care plan ensures your site is monitored, have a recent backup to revert to, and professional support to get your site back up and running fast. While the chances are never 0%, they'll be much, much lower with a care plan.

what's your turnaround time for maintenance and content updates?

While maintenance tasks are performed on a set schedule (weekly or monthly depending on the task), content updates are typically handled within 48 - 72 hours. Response time does not include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

what if i need more of your time to create more extensive edits?

That's no problem! It would be an honor to help you with more detailed updates to your site. As a returning client, I offer exclusive packages at a special rate to get more work done on your site. You can choose the option that works best for you here.

does the monthly edit time roll over if i don't use it?

No, the amount of time resets at the start of the month. To make the most of your concierge membership, I encourage members to prioritize sending a request every month.

how does billing work?

Care plans on billed on a month-to-month basis. Your credit card will be automatically billed once per month until either party requests in writing to suspend/cancel the care plan. You'll have full coverage until your plan expires. 30-days notice will be required to cancel.

can i cancel the concierge membership anytime?

Yes, after your first 3 months, you can cancel your membership at anytime. Please send an email to hello@infinitybrand.design to let us know. 30-days notice is required.
